HASHTAG YARN SOCIETY
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Hashtag Yarn Society membership program (“Membership”) offered by Hashtag Yarn Corner LLC (“Shop,” “we,” “us,” “our”) at 2777 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota Fl 34239.

By enrolling in the Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Benefits

As a Member, you receive access to benefits we describe in-store and on our website from time to time. Current core benefits may include, for example:

  • Founders Welcome Kit (one‑time, while supplies last) 
  • Weekly Member Knit Night access 
  • Monthly VIP events (such as yarn tastings) 
  • Early access to trunk shows and new yarn drops 
  • Member‑only email communications 
  • “Member Pick” discount on select yarn (one item per month, in‑store only, with posted exclusions) 
  • Quarterly class credit (subject to separate class policies) 
  • Enhanced earning in our Hashtag Loyalty Loop rewards program

Benefits are promotional in nature, may change over time, and are always subject to availability, posted rules, and these Terms.

2. Term, Auto‑Renewal, and Billing

Membership begins on the date you enroll and pay your first fee.

  • Membership is billed at $[29] per [month/4‑week period], plus applicable taxes. 
  • Your Membership will automatically renew each billing period until you cancel. 
  • By joining, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each period.

We will notify you of any change to the Membership fee or billing frequency in advance, using the email you provide.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current prepaid billing period.

To cancel, you may:

  1. Request cancellation in‑store at the counter, or 
  2. Email us at [hashtagyarncorner@gmail.com] with your name and “Cancel Hashtag Yarn Society” in the subject line.

We will process cancellations promptly. We do not require any phone call or meeting to cancel.

Except for any clearly stated introductory “first‑month” guarantee we may offer in writing, Membership fees are non‑refundable once a billing period has begun, even if you do not use any benefits.

4. Hashtag Loyalty Loop & Points

Membership may include enhanced earning or redemption in our Hashtag Loyalty Loop rewards program. Points (or “Hashtags”) have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned except as we expressly allow. We may correct point balances if we believe an error or misuse has occurred.

The detailed earn and redeem rules for Hashtag Loyalty Loop are posted in‑store and may be updated occasionally. If there is a conflict between those posted rules and these Terms, the posted rules for the rewards program will control for rewards questions.

5. Events, Classes, and Conduct

Some Membership benefits involve in‑person events, classes, or use of our space.

  • We may limit capacity and require advance signup for certain events or classes. 
  • Class policies, instructor payments, standby seating, credits, and cancellations are governed by our separate class terms posted in‑store or online. 
  • We may remove any Member from an event, or terminate Membership, for behavior that is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive to staff or other customers.


6. Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend, or end the Membership program, or adjust specific benefits, at any time. If we make a material change to fees or to the auto‑renewal of your Membership, we will notify you in advance using the email on file. Your continued Membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Membership will not exceed the Membership fees you paid to us during the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Membership.

8. Privacy & Communications

By joining, you agree that we may contact you at the email and/or phone number you provide with information about your Membership, Hashtag Loyalty Loop, and related offers. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time, but we may still send service messages about your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.


Member Acknowledgment

By completing enrollment and payment at the register or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Hashtag Yarn Society Membership Terms & Conditions.
